Enhanced Telecommunications Corporation is searching for a full time Customer Service/Sales Representative to work at our Sunman office. Responsibilities include explaining our services such as local telephone, long distance packages, video, high speed internet, cell phones, etc., to our residential and commercial customers. Job duties include a lot of customer contact with a high call volume, resolving customer billing issues, producing service orders, taking payments, and balancing payment drawer. Previous sales experience a plus. Qualified candidate must be professional, detail oriented, and possess good communications skills. Basic computer knowledge is needed along with the ability to multitask. Strong organizational skills are a must. Ideal candidate must be capable of working in a fast paced, team environment.
